PDF EAZY TOOL is a free online PDF toolkit. This page explains what data we handle and what we do not.

Your files stay on your device

Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your PDF files and images are processed locally with JavaScript. They are never uploaded to our servers, never stored anywhere, and never shared with anyone. We do not have servers that receive your files, because there is nothing to receive.

Feedback messages

If you use the feedback box on a tool page, your name (optional), your message, and the page address are sent through the third-party service formsubmit.co to our email inbox so we can read and improve the tools. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback messages.

Likes and preferences

The "like" button on each tool page stores a flag only in your own browser (localStorage). We cannot see how many likes a page received. Clearing your browser data removes it.

No accounts, no tracking

We do not require accounts or sign-up, and we do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers that follow you across the web. Anonymous, aggregate visit counts may be collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to keep the service running.

Third-party libraries

The tools load open-source JavaScript libraries (for example PDF processing libraries) from public content delivery networks. Those networks may see standard technical information such as your IP address when your browser downloads the files, as with any website.
